Meeting of the Association of Local and International Transport

Prishtina, 4 December 2009: A meeting held in Kosova Chamber of Commerce of the Association of Intern and International Spedition.

The leaders of meeting were: Mr. Elez Sylaj, Mr. Ismail Zekaj and Mr.Ragip Sinani.
Meeting was opened and chaired by Mr. Ismail Zekaj who proposed this agenda:

   1. Records from last meeting,
   2. Statute of the Association,
   3. Election of the Headquarters of Labor,
         • Steering Committee of the Association,
         • President and Vice-President,
   4. Others.

In the meeting with a majority votes Mr. Elez Sylaj was elected President of the Association, and as Vice-Presidents was elected Mr. Rexhep Qarkaxhija.

Also it was appointed the date for the meeting of the Steering Committee, which will be held on 14/12/2009 at 12h, with this agenda:

   1. Report from the meeting of the Assembly Election,
   2. Applicability of the Customs Code,
          * Orientation list-obliged
          * DV1
   3. Article 276, point K

          o TIMS issue

  4. Statute of customs agent

In the meeting will be invited representatives Kosova Customs.
