Association of Domestic and International transport

     

A meeting held in Kosova Chamber of Commerce of the Steering Committee of Association of Domestic and International transport.

The meeting was opened and chaired by the President of this Association Mr. Elez Syla, who proposed this agenda:

   1. Charge sheet from the meeting of the Assembly Election,
   2. Applicability of the Customs Code,
          * Orientation list-obliged
          * DV1
   3. Article 276, point K

          o TIMS issue

   4. Statute of customs agent
   5. Other.

 
Mr. Avni Ismaili and Mr. Fahri Gashi, Kosovo customs representatives, once again stressed the support of this institution for the association and said that their role is to facilitate procedures for businesses.

As conclusion, this association had two requests:

   1. 1. Repeal of DV1,
   2. 3 to 5 representatives of the Steering committee of this association will meet the representatives of Kosovo Customs Service to discuss about the customs statute.
