It was Andy Daly, former president of the ski conglomerate "Vail Resorts Colorado. He visited three times complex ski resort of Brezovica, between 2003 and 2004, but later in Kosova he was "hampered" in his investment.

Kosova's Embassy in Washington these days has shown a short documentary film in which present opportunities and conditions for investments in Kosova.

In offices of the embassy of Kosova in Washington and in the hall of the "University Club" , were placed posters with images of natural beauty in Kosova. There were also distributed leaflets with pictures and short stories concerning the promotion of values and tourist resources of Kosova.

This is the first time that the state of Kosova, is trying to promote through the capitals of the world, at least to reflect the natural beauty and promote its economy through tourism industry.

Kirk Adams, director of the privatization of Kosova Trust Agency (KTA), is trying to sell the ski complex - Brezovica.

He said a ski complex as Brezovica, which has always been a nightmare, but there is still tremendous potential, will return very soon in a country - a regional first-class ski tourism.

Adam Kirk has confirmed that he worked in Bulgaria in a place called Bankso, the ski resort region. He said that with 35 million Euros ($ 45 million) investment Bansko has become a popular resort for British tourists. It is estimated that this complex of ski resort visited by 150,000 tourists a year British.

The main cause that puts tourism investors, in "dilemma" to invest, is the political situation in this area. This is the main reason that foreign investors fear to invest. But there are other reasons, such as the infrastructure and transportation is another issue.

Various experts believe that Kosova, with a truly great tourist potential, must accept that Kosova needs more investment and government assistance for the development of the tourism industry (INA).
